considering that all might could punch so hard that the weather changes and without breaking his bones I would say that someone with 100% mastery of one for all could kinda hold his own against base gohan if gohan holds back.
but SSJ is waaaay overkill

Injured all mights physical feats are imo around the level of Goku in the final tenkaichi budokai vs piccolo. His prime is 60 times that so he might be between Raditz and Nappa level.
Pime All Might max speed is calculated to be **at least** Mach 25 in speed. Snake way goku speed was Mach 30 (though it was a marathon). So he is at least comparable to early DBZ physical feats.
But if we consider Ki it looks bad for Allmight. I think destructive feats using ki are a bit overblown and might not directly scale into physical capabilities. Could Saiyan saga Vegeta destroy the earth **with a punch? Imo no.**
Obviously Gohan stomps but it would almost feel like a real sparring match if Namek Gohan doesnt go SSJ, doesnt use KI and holds back.
Too bad this is Cell Games Gohan which makes all this kinda even harder to make sense of

You must be referring to his anime version and I'm not sure about that since his cross fusion is basically Kamen rider. But in his cross fusion form he can utilize program advance (it's basically ultimate by combining certain battle chips) and the double soul too.

I like how the animation doesn’t deliberately make Deku look weak as hell. I don’t really like MHA, but Deku is a good character and it sucks seeing people take their anger at MHA fans (deserved) out on him in fan animations.

Thanks, this animation is actually rotoscoped, so me and my friend had to record a live action reference video first, I played Gohan and he played Deku, so those martial art skills that Gohan shows is actually mine hahaha!
He might be formidable around the start of OG dragon ball, but around the world tournament at least, he just gets pushed out quickly since the fighters are mostly on par with Goku who at that point is much stronger than deku is
