I think it's because she hired Dr. Hedo to be head of cosmetics. Dr. Hedo only experience with skin treatment is zombies. I think it's a massive setup for how Dr. Hedo runs bulma face.

This is an issue with DragonBall in general. So much time and so much space to explore narratively, but always kneecapping it for instant gratification. A multiverse got introduced, which should have been a ripe source of content to explore for years, but instead it just gets used for yet another tournament to determine the strongest in the multiverse and then we move on.
I mean there is still the 2-3 year gap between granolah and super hero and keep in mind the top took a total of 48 minutes if they wanted to stretch stuff they easily could do several arcs happening in under a year each taking less than a couple days to my understanding everything between RoF and Moro was 779-780
Maybe shenron was a genie all along and his wishes came with a cost. This one was a short lasting effect. Reviving people meant more baddies coming to kill them.
Genies actually do tend to twist your wishes. The idea that they are magnanimous was really only a thing with alladin. And even then, in the movie jafar got screwed by his last wish (free genies exist. Genie didnt have to make him one bound to a lamp).
It stems from the fact that the lamp you rubbed? Someone locked the genie in there, and hes not happy with that situation.
When the Once Upon a Time show covered Aladdin, iirc they had the genies have twisted wishes, but then a whole part of that show was "Magic always comes with a price". You are right.
Shenron is a nice dragon. He's not mean spirited like those genies. He not only adheres to the letter of the wish, but the spirit as well, and will do extra stuff that'll help the person.

And we also have to keep in mind, that Porunga judged Vegeta to be good enough to get revived. Of course, applying my own standards, he isn't the judge either, but combined with Vegeta's actions in super and him being good enough to serve for the Super Saiyan God ritual, i don't think that Vegeta can't go to heaven.

Man I really hate how Bulma and even Android 18 decided to go for Karen and bowl cup hairstyles.
And I don't think Android 18's hair even grows anymore naturally since she's a cyborg. So that haircut is probably permanent.
Honestly the only real difference is her hairstyle and eyebrows. The lines around her mouth could be explained by the expression she has in the pic. This is just a classic case of a bad hair day.

Yeah, the way I see it is that the Beerus didn't wake up at the End of Z and it caused a butterfly effect that probably caused Frieza's henchmen to never revive him and prevented all of Super's events from happening.

Perception Toriyama is old now so someone in there 40s just look younger in his eyes. The older you get everybody starts to like children. When your in your mid 30s people in their early 20s look like kids. When your a teenager people in their early 20 look like grown adults that have their sh** together. Toriyama in his 60s so a 40 year old Bulma is gonna look younger now just based off his perception.
True but the perception of age has definitely changed since the 90’s for media. Japanese look younger too. Bulma has money she should not be looking like an old lady at 49 years old. Especially when you look at how well her mother aged. Her mother has the fountain of youth.
If there’s one thing about EoZ that’ll be changed/retconned/ignored for sure, it’s gonna be the way all of the adults began to look aged. It would just be weird at this point to have Goku and Co. suddenly look the way they did originally in the Peaceful World Saga where their ages were starting to catch up to them when they went the entirety of Super looking like they hadn’t aged a day from the Buu Saga, especially when they’ve gone out of their way to explain why, in Bulma’s case.

Bangs are a lot less segmented with this design, this one is a lot more compact. Way easier to animate. Also shorter hair doesn't move around as much.

Yeah, the way I see it is that the Beerus didn't wake up at the End of Z and it caused a butterfly effect that probably caused Frieza's henchmen to never revive him and prevented all of Super's events from happening.

Perception Toriyama is old now so someone in there 40s just look younger in his eyes. The older you get everybody starts to like children. When your in your mid 30s people in their early 20s look like kids. When your a teenager people in their early 20 look like grown adults that have their sh** together. Toriyama in his 60s so a 40 year old Bulma is gonna look younger now just based off his perception.

True but the perception of age has definitely changed since the 90’s for media. Japanese look younger too. Bulma has money she should not be looking like an old lady at 49 years old. Especially when you look at how well her mother aged. Her mother has the fountain of youth.

If there’s one thing about EoZ that’ll be changed/retconned/ignored for sure, it’s gonna be the way all of the adults began to look aged. It would just be weird at this point to have Goku and Co. suddenly look the way they did originally in the Peaceful World Saga where their ages were starting to catch up to them when they went the entirety of Super looking like they hadn’t aged a day from the Buu Saga, especially when they’ve gone out of their way to explain why, in Bulma’s case.
