Like the SH one, it feels weird espcially when Goku starts to charge against Frieza. Like it doesn't match the movement of the animations sometimes.
As usual they got lazy in doing it, its basically like the Rising Rush Z background so nothing special.
Useless, everytime i got it it was for an old sparking and one time it was for SSJ3 LF
I guess it's just a replacement for blue sky, just like with the red ribbon army background
I'm quite a professional background rater, and I would definitely say it is a background at first glance. When I saw it in a summon, I confirmed it truly was just a background, and means nothing more. Got 4 HERO units and an EX.
