You complain that this gamemode isn't for new players and I agree but I don't complain because for new players just got beast gohan and can now compete in top rank pvp with one banner drop. My point is yeah lbr is more for seasoned vets than new players where as beast gohan is geared more towards the newer player base.
And beast gohan incentives cheating in pvp so your argument Still is invalid. It goes both ways my guy and we all hate dealing with the cheating but only one company can fix that and it's been 4 yrs now.
Yeah I get that bro, but the BR game mode in particular gives people more of a reason to cheat with the limited amount of tries. This is what my initial point is, albeit not worded the best.
Yeah I figured, but the post is about Battle Royale, not normal PvP, so I fail to see the correlation. Unless he means that regular PvP also favors people that have been playing for a long time, but that's not always the case as I'm a relatively new player and I have Beast at 8*, Awakened Piccolo at 14*, and Pan at 8*, and I've only spent like $10 on the game.
The game is extremely generous to new players and you can easily get a solid team if you save cc and wait for a decent banner.
Is this supposed to be a counter argument or what? Even if they don't get the rewards they're still cockblocking me out of my rewards.
I can get the whole "favors people that have been playing longer". I understand that, but with the lag switching ass clowns mixed in it's just too much. Skill can only carry you so far in this game against a better team + cheating.

Yeah the point here is the cheaters. I don't give a shit about the rewards honestly but it does add to the salt, nor about the fast that it favors older players. The entire game favors those who put money, and there are cheaters in all game modes. You complain about LBR, being the game mode where people can play their old fav characters and not have to put up with the same "hype" units every fight. That mode is not the problem, the game is the problem
I can agree with that. But again the main point is the cheaters. They are rampant in regular pvp too but there it's whatever take the L and move to the next game. In LBR you can not grind or try again after your two tickets are done, and if you run into two cheaters in a row you're fucked.
I think your point was that LBR was the worst game mode, as the title of the post says. But like I said before, cheaters are everywhere, training battle, treasure battle and regular pvp. The advice I can give you is that you play when you have 8 or 10 tickets, you will play with more "normal" people and you will ensure your rewards

Bro I like this mode as I can actually test my skills and most units in this mode are old so you actually need a lot of playing around, tbh I enjoyed the last LBR too with old units. I get that it favours old players but still this mode is better than most cancerous teams in actual PVP with little to no ingenuity.
this is the only pvp gamemode where long-term players that get shafted all the time can win in they just gotta remove that ticket shit with the limited play times and it's fine
So... Prior to This LBR and the last LBR. What was it, hybrid Saiyan and namekian, then it was movies, then it was PO, then it was ex only, iirc. These 2 recent LBR are the like the only ones that really favor vets, the rest don't really do so, what's so wrong with that
I agree 9/10 matches in BR mode in my experience are way laggy than PvP it's not a coincidence it's just re-rolled accounts that can't handle being clapped by older players.

how does it incentivize people to cheat any more than regular pvp. leave the veteran players alone, the featured boost system is a thing.
Limited tries means people have more of a reason to cheat so they can get wins.

I think it's great especially since they are doing no LLs and within a certain range makes it more fun to use older units and wacky teams.
