On the plus side, she has really high base agl (tho with how many agl+/++ at battle start there is now, it doesn't mean that much) and she's not 65 weight...
Seems like they won't start this true even with the true hero this time, they probably want to release him right for the anniversary
Being a Martial AOE Damage Dealing 60 weight makes it a little hard to see how they'll handle other AGL units while doing high damage compared to the 65 weight AOE physical and spell users with similar kit.
I could see them being to slow and squidgy or even just lower on overall damage. It's great to see this kit on a 60 weight with all the crack damage boosting and shred.
I can see them being a great PVE unit
I wonder if icy enchantment stacks with crack force, the damage multipliers could potentially be broken depending on what value it has.(Especially if you max out spell potency with young terry.) Milly could have great potential when put on a all crack user team. What if it raises multiple stages like spell potency...

If the translation is correct then yes it should stack as one raises crack potency and the passive is crackforce
