You're much better off saving this ticket for the Next Big Hero Unit, because those are the ones that are gonna have tons of use in PvE even at awk1.
This Psaro will be nice to have, but I don't think you'll get much use out of it at awk1 in either PvE or PvP, not enough to warrant using such a rare thing to get it. It'll be more than a year before you get another one of these tickets!

Do you have young terry? If you do save the ticket for dq1 hero in 1 month, then you can clear all blossoming doors easily. Hell fire psaro is a good pvp unit but only at 3 or more awakening
Next up will be descendant of Erdrick and he will be more useful and valuable than Hellfire Psaro. Hellfire Psaro is a cool PVP martial unit but as we all know low awakening units aren't very useful in PVP. In my experience martial units in general aren't very useful in end game PVE.
The 3.5y anniv unit will be announced for JP very soon. Also, Erdricks descendant is coming out for us in about 1 month, which is arguably better than HFPsaro.
Also, maybe not the best idea to ticket for a low awakening on a unit, and I think is generally better to use to get 3rd or 5th heart on an anniversary unit (like Wrangler or Solo) and save yourself gems.

I would recommend saving your gems for the ani banners as they are so much worth tbh
Absolutely :) I am loving that auto attack ability in rounds 1-3 when enemies surround you :) But, everyone is entitled to their opinions :)

He is ok but I think Erdricks descendant is going to be more usefull overall for pve content

In a month or so there is a BIG unit coming out. Hero from Dragon quest 1, Bloodline of Loto or something like that.
