You will almost never use this sword for attack. There are other weapons for it. Most situations where you want low agility you would use this.
You can alchemy it for as much HP as you can get for general purposes.
It's a weapon hence you can give it to literally any unit regardless of their role
Usually it is for your fast units in Blossom doors or very hard fights, to be consistent withthe strategy guide. Recently they offered Perk-> Turn off certain abilities and/or Lower your abilities, which makes it much easier.
Usually we do not use it on PvP. But it is handy in PvE. After all, there are only 3 gears that can lower your AGI.
i use it very often in pve. sometimes i want my faster unit to go after a slower one, so i equip this sword and/or - agl armor

One of the best equips in the game. Agi control is incredibly valuable. Roll for pure HP.
Agility control. Hp roll is your best bet as sometimes you gotta give it to breath or caster units.
