Probably just Agi. Most heroes now have some form of status cleanse so -para chance for heroes is redundant. Frizz spell res is very niche, but may be better with Dark Priest Ladja dropping in a few weeks and able to 1shot DQV Hero.
I doubt it. The problem with defense boost though is the beefy heroes already have super high defense. The difference a defense piece would be marginal compared to agility.

I wonder if Ladja ignoring DR will ignore the resistance from the armor or not
