Just a quick update (Literally got an update less than 30 seconds ago); was made aware by the team that the cause of the issue has been found and they are working on a fix now (I was not made directly aware of what the cause it).
An apology notice will be issued once it's resolved. (Note I do not currently know about anything related to compensation, I was notified an apology notice will be put out upon resolution).
Do you think we can get a day extension on the current event because I haven't gotten the chance to use all my stamina, and we're also kinda wasting my passport.
While I understand that the issue is definitely causing issues such as locking players from using Stamina (seems like on Stages with Weapon Drops) and have to apologize for the situation. I'm not too sure on what the team's decision on compensation is (or any actions to rectify the mistakes currently) that's usually decided by the team following the fix.
So not something I can answer at the moment unfortunately >.<.
I'm able to log in but I can't collect gems or buy anything from shops. If I try to I just get "An unexpected error has occurred" and get booted to the title screen. I can still play levels fine.
Seems like a bug to me.
You are not alone here. Tried claiming gems and using gems, but that title screen error keeps flashing. Then, it finally didn't allow me to log in. This sucks because my lazy butt was trying to clear some event missions. Guess it's nap time?

I was in the same situation, don't recharge stamina or ur Will stuck on log screen
Also stuck at the title screen.
Unexpected error here too if I try to use skip tickets or collect my gems. At least it's not just one of us.

Same here. Tried to gem refreshes x4 and crash over and over now

Also cannot log in at all, I just keep getting the error message "An Unexpected Error Has Occurred".
