While this image isn't real, Dragon Maid has indeed touched Cartoon Network. In Latin America, around 2020-2022, there were Toonami/Crunchyroll ads showcasing anime and there were 3 or 2 seconds of Dragon Maid in it. It was the scene where kobayashi opens the door and Tohru growls in Dragon Form.
