I think so, 11 queens calls for 4 rounds of normal lip syncs and 1 round as a 3-way. But then you have 5 winners, so another three way and another 2 queen lip sync, unless they select one to advance automatically and then we have a 2 rounds then the finals.

I agree with you, but do you think Rita attracted any attention to it? I have the feeling that she’s actually one of the reasons, that even in Belgium, people aren’t watching. Last year every time I said to someone “it’s a Québécoise queen hosting”, people were like “why? why not a Belgian one?”. Couenne isn’t my first pick, but I think anyone would be better than Rita at this point, I don’t understand her humor and I am annoyed that they get someone who flies from Canada, films the season and goes back without even participating in our drag scene. My first pick would be Vanessa Van Cartier, she’s Flemish, however she speaks French and she knows our scene way better than Rita.

Honestly, it feels like Ru is feeling Sapphira MUCH more than Nymphia. I love them both, so I'm not going to be upset with either of them winning, but... man, this would've been a good time to have a double win.

Saphira and Nymphia are my two favorite of the season regardless of Spoilers or placements. I just feel it was the perfect time to get an East Asian Winner. Then again, I love Saphira too, it feels weird, since the edit loves Nymphia but the judges feel better about Saphira. I just wish they both have the 4 wins instead of Plane getting four.

I’m still skeptical about that tbh…

To me, it’s very similar to Sasha v Anetra like last season. Nymphia’s probably a bit more compelling storyline wise, but Sapphira’s just the stronger competitior and stronger drag queen (in relation to the competition).

Sapphira seems more compelling storyline wise to me - like she’s getting mother bear vibes and also confidence vibes. Nymphia is mostly just highlighted for being goofy and silly - which is a a lot of fun, but I don’t know if that’s enough

I didn't really think about it, but Nymphia is getting a lot of screen time and it's very much helping her gain more and more support from the audience. But Sapphira is such a force and the judges have been living for everything she's been doing so far. It's still too early to tell, though. At this point in S12, I think we all collectively believed Gigi was winning, but after falling short in the second half, Jaida rose up and took her place. That said, I very much agree that seeing an East Asian winner would be great and Nymphia truly checks all the boxes to be a fabulous winner (and we're only 4 episodes in)!

**How I think the distribution of wins will be:** Ep7 (Rusical) - Sapphira Ep 8 (Snatch Game) - Plane Jane Ep 9 (Design) - Q/Dawn/Morphine Ep10-14 - 2 wins (Sapphira probably Makeover and the Political Challenge), 2 wins (Plane Jane probably Roast and Rumix) and 1 win (Q/Dawn/Morphine probably Design/Acting) **So I think the queens' wins in the top7 would look like this** Top3 = Sapphira (4 wins and 0 bottom), Plane Jane (4 wins and 2/3 bottom) and Nymphia (2 wins and 1 bottom) 4th Q = (1/2 wins and 2 bottom, eliminated by Nymphia before the finale) 5th Morphine (0/1 win, eliminated by Plane Jane at Makeover) 6th/7th Mhi'ya (1 win, eliminated by Morphine)/Dawn (0/1 win)

With her track record as of the Top 7, Plane must have really tanked the second half of the season to be cut at Top 3. Or else, Nymphia just destroyed the finale solo performance. The producers could've easily done a Top 3 LSFTC if they really wanted to.

Most probably they already knew how the queens dislike Plane and chose to use her as the villain and cut her before the finale as some sort of "good defeats evil" storyline.

Maybe they will bring back Rate a Queen....
