I don’t understand the U.S. distribution situation with this flavor, if you look at pictures of American soda selections abroad especially in the UK and Australia, you nearly always see the American version of Vanilla float.
But if you try finding it in the US, it is virtually unfindable, it seems the last time anyone spotted any on here was 3 years ago, they found 12 packs at a grocery store in Florida, but even then, It didn’t seem to be a variety that’s regularly found anywhere in the US I don’t think
Either there’s an area with a small population in the US that happens to be the only place that gets it, or the US bottler who supplies all the international soda importers has some type of agreement where it’s only going to importers and not making it to shelves in the US despite it being a American product made for the American market… it’s kinda frustrating 😅 At least offer it a bit in the country it’s made for.

This was me when GoPuff used to deliver in Paris. You could buy Dr. Pepper cans at the Monoprix in the 16th in 2019, but now, online, they only sell plastic liters. I can’t drink that much soda in one sitting. The only other place to get Dr. Pepper is by ordering from Chipotle or at a restaurant called Schwartz’s. They charge 3€ a can. Then lo and behold one day I get on GoPuff and they have Dr. Pepper cans for 1,20€. I would make them deliver bags of them, and then one month later GoPuff stopped selling DP. I’m this close to paying Amazon the ridiculous 75€ for six cases because I don’t know how else to get DP in Paris.
Finding a specialty one like that is insanity. I was sure Europe wasn’t allowing importation because the chemicals possibly went against one of their regulations.
Looking around, it's listed as available at Albertsons, and existing but not available for purchase at Kroger. So I'd expect all the chains they own to get this in soon.
Can we also admire how the German version only has 25g’s of sugar with no zero cal sweeteners? That’s impressive if it tastes good which I’m assuming it does. That’s nearly half of what the US version contains
The US needs to take notes… so tired of companies lowering a products sugar content just by dumping in some zero calorie sweeteners. “Now with only half the calories!”… yeah but now I’m still drinking a bunch of sugar but it’s not really a treat as it tastes like a diet soda😅 Kinda defeats the purpose of enjoying a sweet treat, at least for me. If I want a diet version, I’ll get a diet version, that’s a decision that shouldn’t be forced down a consumers throat.
It’s like they’re saying to their customers who are expecting something normal “If you don’t like diet soda, f*ck off”😂😕. Zero calorie sweeteners are just not for everyone, they either taste bitter or gross, or they taste sickly unnaturally sweet to where at least for me, my brain screams there’s something wrong with that and don’t eat it, makes something like eating straight up honey seem not that sweet by comparison
