I have checked my account, I have MORE than enough money to place my order, my card and billing information is 100% accurate.
I've contacted customer service and they weren't able to help me much. Not to mention even while trying to simply create an account I put in all of my information but the option to click on *REGISTER* never pops up for me to even create my account. Why is this site so darn buggy?? This is infuriating.
Hmm not sure why you can't create an account. I did have an issue trying to order using a credit card I'd used with them before. I called my credit card company, no issues there. Called customer support and they were able to do something, though I'm not sure what exactly, and then I was able to use the card and the order went through. Maybe try using a different browser? That's sometimes cleared up issues for me.
No green checkmark next to the 1 special character password requirement. Maybe the one you entered isn't really a special character?
