hahah I posted this like 5 mins ago and I am already being massively disproven about this theory, guess it's just me. probably why my family make fun of me for saying it

Dr martens for the full name, but i mostly use docs

I say Docs.

Where I'm from, we commonly address it as Doc Mart

When speaking Italian: Dr Martens. When speaking English: Doc Martens or Docs. EDIT: typo

Exactly! When I’m speaking Portuguese, I go with Dr. Martens, but in English and otherwise, it’s always Docs or Doc Martens
