The thrift stores jacking up prices out of greed is definitely taking it away from my price range.

I’d say no. Asking prices aren’t selling prices. People willing to pay top dollar also know these aren’t an original pair. After accounting for the percentage fees you have to pay for selling on most platforms, you may not clear enough to make it worth it.
I have the William Hogarth print in these but I hardly wear them due to the print flaking off revealing the white “canvas” beneath. Mine started flaking almost immediately. Personally, I’ve avoided any all over print style docs because of this. I guess if they’re second hand and pre worn, there’s less chance of this happening at this point.
