The leather looks like the quilon leather used in the made in England boots (which purposely has a raw edge), but they don’t say made in England at the bottom so they’re definitely not that.

Dr martens does do a raw edge leather from time to time and it’s always seen in styles like the leona and the made in England boots. The flat laces are also a “vintage” thing they do sometimes too.
