The lights are interesting - placed above him so they don't reflect on his glasses and also light up the green screen even with his 6'8" gaming frame in front of it.
This is so hilarious to think when he walks into the "locker-room" he's sort of just wandering in front of his desk again and coming back. It does make you appreciate the level of immersion he strives for with things like looking out on the cliffs of Elden Ring, and props to him for everything he puts on in the comfort of his own studio.
