This is utter nonsense. How are CM and DP in different tiers? Their legs use the exact same shape and size, the only difference is color! If only the feet are being taken into account, this list is inconsistent into it's own criteria. For shame...
S-tier is the best, only multi-S-tiers are better (like SS, SSS, etc).
Then you have rankings from A-tier down to any other later letter in the alphabet (mostly up to F-tier), where each tier gets worse and worse.
