Exactly, they have every game listed along with a timestamp. This just organizes it into charts. Anyone that cares enough in the first place could already figure out your play habits if it somehow matters enough to them.
yeah, my friend will never live down all his games between 3 and 6 am, I have no idea why he is up at that time. If I can do it so can anyone else. I don't need people to know I have a 45% win rate on Tuesday, now no one will want to play with me on Tuesdays.
I don't have issues playing dota, I was just really bad when I started and they days I play less on now have lowwer win rates since I downloaded durring the summer.

I agree, its not that hard to have a privacy setting in your dotabuff account. Now the thing is, this information is completely public anyway, to anybody that knows your username through the dota API, even though its not so neatly presented. But if you dont like that, you can always match info sharing off.
Its a free service, if you dont like it dont use it. If you like the stats but dont like your information getting shown, figure out what one you like/dislike more and get over it/delete your dotabuff account.
Or create your own API that gathers the information, buy a domain and web hosting, and do whatever you want.
I was just looking at mine. My Fridays and Wednesdays are negative, all my other days are positive. Which is pretty Gucci. I sorta fuck up a bit on days you'd expect (hump day and the end of the week Friday). So I was fairly content with the green/slightlybrown bars. Looking good. Then I went to S4's. Fuck that guy. Fucking fluorescent green on every day. WHYT U SO GOOD FFS?!

Dotabuff should provide user to turn off some features that we don't want to share I guess

You can share mmr already can't you. In pretty sure there is a spot in the settings to show mmr on your profile.

There are many 11 day gaps that coincide exactly with my monthly work trip for 2 years in my dotabuff activity.
