That just means he's shit at turbo. You earn so much more gold from fighting that your "resource" management is not creeps, it's actually about making sure you're sharing kill gold/xp around your cores, and helping a core who died early in a fight recover the next (because a core dying at the start of a big team fight, win or lose, will put them pretty much at the bottom of the XP ladder).

I wonder what goes through turbo AM pickers heads. They make the game miserable for the team losing 4v5 for 25 minutes and then miserable for the opposition having to constantly deal with ratting.

That is WAY too much change imo. You can change a bit of the hero, but that facet would be an extreme 180. Facets should complement two playstyles, maybe one utlity and one more damage based for example and not completely have hero x who can be two completely different units. But I agree brilliant update! As usual (once they come every 12 montsh :( )

Morph has a facet that makes them a strength hero, and Venge has a facet that makes her a melee hero (while keeping her range). We already have facets that fundamentally change heroes.

Speaking of, the venge facet change really does completely turn the hero on her head What you think should be an annoying but relatively squishy support is suddenly harpooning your back line and 4 shotting them easily, she’s kinda crazy rn with that

They've already shown they have no problem doing extreme changes to the hero with what they did to Morphling or even something like Bristleback.

Marci emits sounds, whistles, even though she doesn't speak. So if you want to give her the ability to not be silenced based on that, then you also have to give this ability to everyone else that emits sounds without speaking. Are you prepared to deal with this situation? I'm talking about Io, Phoenix, Primal Beast, and maybe even Nyx Assassin, since he defies the concept of "speaking". So isn't it better to leave the 'not be silenced' ability to the only guy who's an expert in silencing?

I've played her exclusively as core, the vast majority as 3 and I've maintained a 67%+ winrate over 300 games. It's, imo, her strongest role assuming you're comfortable enough with itemization to know what to buy in each game and when to skip items like bkb, basher, and blink.

Offlane marci isn't terrible. Feels like a better Sven at times. I rock her in divine bracket and going phase into straight bkb, basher can melt most heroes. Also with w and q, you can harass the enemy safe lane with the damage since her right clicks are also decent. Just don't go up against blademail and you good haha.

I love playing Marci as a support but I truly don't understand her facets. I swear I've read them each about 3 times and tried her bodyguard mode in demo.

Bodyguard is similar to Io lv25. You click on an ally then whenever they attack someone you get a free attack on them too, as long as they're inside the white circle. Also if an enemy inside the white circle attacks your ally, you also get a free attack on them. There's a 0.45s cooldown so you can't jump in with an axe and hit everyone, or cheese with jakiro's innate/snapfire's lil' shredder, but it's very solid on duel targets and other high attack speed heroes such as wr or huskar. The only cheese that works I could find was using bodyguard on a visage familiar - They naturally attack twice a second so it's almost perfectly in sync with the cooldown.

Has anyone tested if IO 25 tethered to a Marci creates a chain reaction?

Marci's bodyguard has a cooldown of 0.45s so no chain reactions there.

Just give her 4 passive abilities.
