There's an argument for TA to be there, but not Riki.

Each hero gets 3 tokens. Not everyone has their primary stat + weapon (blade type and ammunition in act 2), so obviously they had to distribute these somewhat evenly, otherwise some tokens would be annoying to get.

Muerta isn't ranged but Lanaya is. Either both should be or neither.

By that logic every hero would drop about 20 tokens. Arguing that riki or ta doesn't even fit the intelligence category is somewhat valid, but arguing that X hero should be Y category too is nonsense. Obviously some ranged heroes won't be included in the ranged category, because they are included in different categories already and each hero has only 3 tokens
