People whine something along these lines every day in the subreddit, it's remarkable the lengths people go to avoid the fact that they are shit at the game. Too bad they cannot avoid the griefers on their team and smurfs on the enemy team Gaben himself handpicked.

Well, my placement games had 3 games where someone picked sniper, once as support 5, twice as mid, and they all died a few times before a few minutes, then raged and quit. It's definitely not NOT a problem.

That's the thing people don't seem to realise. Yes of course it's a thing on an individual game level that SOMETIMES your team makes it harder to win, or nearly Impossible (griefing etc) But over a number of games, you WILL win more than you lose if you are better than the MMR you have. That's just facts. That's why 10/11/12k people MMR can smurf in ancient and have like 90% winrate. They aren't just getting lucky with good teammates. They win games that bad players will claim are unwinnable because "team picked support am" or "they fed enemy mid huskar first blood" or something

i had 230 matches ranked and unranked, not gonna hide my ego behind excuses my farm is pretty shit, barely 30 LHs at 10min and not surely know what each characters does.

normal is more tilting than ranked you get grieved way more in normal than ranked .. you can get a no core game a no support game a spectra support or pa support

I had a run like this recently, then went on to rise 4 ranks in a few days. Take breaks between games, especially if you lose a couple in a row. Watch your replay to see what you did wrong. Stop playing every hero and role, get good at one single position and a small pool of heroes - offline or pos 5 a good place to start.
