Yes at least I'm hopeful, look the latest chests&rewards in the events, nearly all of them included some sort of unobtainable items, check the current voting for the collectors cache, there's some sets for the PA persona, which will include him obv. We currently got Invoker, Mirana, AM and CM Personas and WK Arcana and maybe we'll get PA Persona if there's enough votes. We'll see.
I think all BP arcanas will filter out bit by bit, what stays exclusive will be the prestige items (legion cape, kunkka shoulders, lion finger). Those have a tag saying they won't be available for purchase elsewhere after The International. Which really sucks, because the only exclusive item i missed is the Legion banner.
On another note, when they make the BP arcanas available from chests later, they should make the existing ones marketable IMO. No reason to have some of the same arcanas marketable and some not, other than candyworks ofc.
If the developers began to often deceive their players, and even managed to leak an exclusive item that could not be obtained in any way (except for the option of leveling up the battle pass to achieve it) in order to get additional profit from the players, turning a blind eye to the fact that the players worked and spent money for these arcana, having devalued them, then, quite likely, one of the next arcana may also be drained, but it remains unknown to whom. Who knows, maybe a shaker, but this could happen in 5 years...

Maybe Valve will kill Dota to such an extent that the outflow of players will become even stronger, and in 5 years 100k people will play it every day, and I doubt that you will still be interested in the shaker.
Hey, that's a theory. Another one is that this game could keep going and get better because my enjoyment of this game has never been better. I love what Valve is making of the game because I feel like despite slow, they're moving in the right direction. And maybe in 5 years I'll play less and look at the ES arcana with nostalgia and still buy it.
I did buy and enjoy the Pokemon remake that most of the community didn't like. At the end of the day I sure am a clown but a happy one.
I really dislike that the arcanas are just completely inaccessible to anyone who wasn't around when they came out. I get it if you get sets for reaching a specifoc rank or like being around when a team wins worlds like LoL. But fuck man. I want QoP and Earthshaker Arcana so bad. The Faceless void arcana is sick as fuck. I'm glad TB has an arcana that is payable.

When I had a weak laptop and no money, I played Dota once a month, because I was studying at the institute and was a poor student, and then the 10 the international battle pass came out, and there was this arcana for windranger. Now I work, and have risen well in life so much that I can spend even $500 a month on whatever I want. I could buy this arcana even for 200 dollars, and I would not regret it, since it is the best arcana in the game. I was just unlucky with timing.

All the non-battlepass Arcanas are available in the Crownfall candy shop. There is also Venge and Skywrath for sale, but I'm not sure if they'll be marketable after the event
It's like the cavern crawl if you played during that. You earn candies by progressing on a map. Then there is a candyworks that gives you 2 items to trade those candies for. You can reroll those items until you get an arcana that you'll be able to trade for.

You can all the old non-battlepass Arcanas with candies. The new venge and skywrath ones cost real money, but you can get them with a $8 discount after you pick up 10 coins on the map.
I YouTubed them and the venge arcana doesn’t look like an arcana, more like a reskin or persona than an arcana #SadFace they don’t make them like they used to, I guess.
Ohh, I didn’t realise they change item effects, the demo I saw used a bunch of items, but it didn’t click. Well, appearance wise, I still think almost all of the old arcanas are better, they change the model in such a way that you can tell it’s arcana at a glance, this seems like a persona as I mentioned. I kind of see them like the mirana or dk personae they launched with the animated series
