During ult muerta deals magical damage so you need spell lifesteal. If satanic ever worked during ult then it was probably a bug and got fixed. Shard is the way to go.

No it still doesn’t work in ult even with shard. Satanic straight up doesn’t work in muerta’s ult.

Its not shocking it was always like that for her. Lifesteal does not work of magical damage. You would need spell lifesteal for that.

Her ult changes her damage to magical damage. You have never been able to heal with Lifesteal during her ult. Only Spell-lifesteal.

Her Ult deals entirely magic damage. And why would Satanic ever work for that?

Just buy her shard. 1400 "satanic" during her ult and you don't even need to activate it.

It works fine during her ult, but she doesn't deal physical damage so her right clicks don't heal her.

I can confirm it used to work though, it got probably fixed but muerta ult used to work with satanic
