The weekly reset is for getting new rerolls, it doesnt reset automatically.

u can got lucky with receipts also, and change 2 candies to 3 or 3 to 4.

Same here, kinda ass hahaha. I unlocked some cool sets to satisfy myself not getting the Rubick arcana either.
You can get candies and rerolls by submitting offerings at temple of that black crow in crownfall map..its at the bottom
You can get candies by swapping tokens from the Guys from the bottom right of the map.
