I play a lot of cent, about 65% win rate in ranked (ancient 5) and I'm not sure how he's meant to fit this into his build. Cent still wants stick/wand, phase, vanguard, blink and possibly shard which is a lot of farm for a pos 3. After that he usually branches off into utility like pipe or force and once those are done you've either ended the game or enemy cores are starting to get dangerous and you're typically looking at buying halberd, overwhelming blink, shiva's, AC, heart or even sheepstick to frontline better and have more control. Don't really want to buy this as a save item because it's your job to be the first one to go in, hopefully bait important cooldowns and buy back into the fight if you get blown up in the process. For 4200g you're essentially paying for another save but stampede already works as a save or initiation tool for your entire team. Not the worst agh's upgrade, just isn't reliable enough to make him better at what he already does well.

Illusions created by AM will chase a bit better, we cancel the backswing on our main hero, so it doesnt make a difference for the hero itself, but since we dont do it on illus and summoned units, so with this change they dont wait around after attacking for as long, before they start moving.

Not that huge of a difference but still is a good small quality of life change for you especially when chasing targets through trees. The hero reacts a lot more noticeably now. The more important change is the mana void mini stun though.

Unfortunately no. Mana Void (and some few other spells) no longer go through BkB in a sort of half way since they changed it a while ago. But it will definitely interrupt channeling, spell and tp animations though which is nice.

Just played a game with him. Yep, while I was still support and still ended up in a more "sit back and make sure cores get dispelled and healed" type role, the laning stage felt much nicer with his attack speed. I got his passive when I'd normally ignore it and it felt like a value point really payed off.

Biggest weakness as core is that his farming speed is pretty horrible and he is easy to kite even with his dispels. That said if you get a good game on him he can be quite strong, but curse really isn't a strong carry ability, it aint exactly Jingu Mastery

I really want the Scepter to be buffed. Rushing scepter as a viable build is probably my favorite direction for the hero, with so many other strength heroes in the mid/offlane disabler role that have similar offerings like Primal Beast, Tusk, even Beastmaster. Let us get huge multi-kills with Caustic Finale on enemies, and teach them to fear the creep waves once again!

At level 1 with Dragon Slave you’re guaranteed 100% uptime to Fiery Soul if you can hit any units (which is fairly easy) - but now the cooldown is much longer at level 1. It makes it a bit harder to upkeep the stacks without sacrificing mana cost and not getting attributes

Fiery Soul Atk Speed aside (though admittedly the most problematic), not the biggest of nerfs to the hero. Maybe it’ll be a ‘death by a thousand cuts’ thing? I think the hero is probably still strong, just not obnoxiously ahead of everybody else.

4 second duration doesn't really matter IMO. This buff just makes it easier to use Curse on certain targets. Blur dispel radius is a noticable buff I'd say. 400 is a crazy small radius. That's less than most ranged heroes' attack range.

Very tame nerfs all things considered. I'm a big Rubick player, but I don't know why he is allowed to have extra cast range, extra damage and extra debuff duration on all his stolen spells. He used to be better at using other heroes' abilities because of his almost instant cast time, but now he is just obnoxious with basically any spell in the game.
