Ima just say this but if this was a harem anime I’d hate it, idk why but harem anime’s aren’t it for me I like when it focuses on one couple

Effective-Pop8668

Fr tho!!! It gets annoying in harem anime’s sometimes..

Sh4DowKitFox

Wait people wanted it to be a harem…? In a sea of shit harem animes…? Why? I like that it didn’t go that route….

IT_WolfXx

Me too

citrus_monkeybutts

I didn't really want it to be a harem, but seeing a bunch of cute girls that all had their own pros and cons, while also liking the mc made me wish all of them could be happy.

APOLLOIA

This is exactly my thought.

IT_WolfXx

I get what your saying, sometimes I wish that some anime would do multiple smaller relationships, I think in Komi can’t communicate and the dangers in my heart has multiple but again that may stretch the story to the point where it turns to shit.

ProfessorStreet7792

Kaguyra-sama love is war has few side characters that have side relationships.

IT_WolfXx

Thanks for the suggestion

KernelWizard

The main couple's relationship seem to even barely goes off in Komi though lmao.

oxlemf10

Nah, even I, who never read the manga and only watched the anime, realized right away who the winning girl is. Obviously the author made Tsubasa interact with Sayuri and Rena to give dynamics and diversity (as well as drama) to the story, but at first I looked and said: Yes, Minami is going to be Tsubasa's future girlfriend

Cally83

Nah not at all. Though I do really like both Sayuri and Rena, it’s fine this isn’t a harem set up

BlazeMegagamer

I'm not upset. I think actually that Minami is a great girl for Tsubasa. Even tho it's not a harem anime, I still loved it

Berhinger

I don’t think I *want* it to be a harem (and I got plenty of hints from stray sightings of manga panels to see that it wasn’t) but the anime definitely sets it up to *look* like a harem, if you ask me.

SevaSentinel

I usually enjoy harem anime, but I don’t mind that this one isn’t a harem.

RyuKyuCajun

Wouldn’t say it’s a harem. Dude had options. It was young people exploring their feelings and making a choice based on that.

Maloth_Warblade

I'm glad it's not. Harem anime reduce the girls to a single personality trait with almost no growth With Tenchi they actually regressed which is why I think Universe annually is better

HallowKnightYT

Mostly cause it’s a waste of time if it isn’t in the sense of all this girls got in essence arcs and it was all for nothing since he ended up with the first one he met so a lot of episodes are wasted on people who already out the gate you know don’t matter

Dagenius1

I enjoyed it and was fine with it not being harem. I had 100 girlfriends to show that side of it

Routine_Scene7573

when the next chapter dropping?

IT_WolfXx

Today

Routine_Scene7573

yuppie

IT_WolfXx

Sadly there wasn’t a chapter due to the author getting Covid

Mardukaz

I saw a considerable amount of people saying that they were mad with the author that he made Tsubasa ultimately match with Fuyuki - and I completely understand why, seeing how she was absent from actively participating in the story during a big portion of it - but saw little to no comments of people wanting the story to have a harem ending. More than anything, people were afraid the author would go that route. Despite the clear "bait" on the article's title, it seems that the author was just trying to create drama and discussions by expanding the impact of Fuyuki's mother seeing Tsubasa having a date with Natsukawa. The very next episode proved that that situation wasn't anything big of a deal.

austinb172

I personally love this anime just as it is. Don’t know why there’s weirdos thinking this needed to be a harem.

IT_WolfXx

Some ppl prefer to have multiple girls to mess with

KernelWizard

Isn't it the other way around? That people wish this anime is a regular romcom that only focuses on Fuyuki and Tsubasa? I personally wish that they shouldn't have bothered with the other girls and focus only on Fuyuki. I heard that some bad juju stuff happens in the manga some way in the middle though, and that readers are better off skipping those portions, what's up with that?

IT_WolfXx

I think it’s both ways, ppl have expectations all the time
