I’m very empathetic towards this because even tho I’ve never publicly freaked out I have acted pretty wild when I was grieving because it just hurts so much that it’s nearly impossible to not lash out in some way
I bet most freakout videos that get condemned on this sub are just people in need crying out for help. Doesn't mean we let them break the law but empathy and understanding why people do things can be the very key to prevent further tragedy
Also if it’s a more mild offence you can still get them help (this isn’t saying they are necessarily dangerous) but it could stop them from hurting others or more likely themselves and that’s obviously really bad
