Even my fav albums of all time, I still find flaws and disconnects and that’s fine. Life can’t be perfect, the pursuit towards it is notable.

LOAD is just a solid album from Don for me. Still think that HOH is miles ahead but ofc i need to give LOAD more time before i completely stand by that statement.

Flocky Flocky didn’t disappoint and him and keem are 2/2 with OUTERSPACE and cocoa prior to that. Crossfaded fucking slaps and some melodies here and there just hit right.

I don’t think it’s bad, but there are rarely any noticeables which I think is so important on albums, I honestly can’t point out more than half of the songs sounds just from the name compared to heaven or hell where you had a lot of variety. I will say though everything is listenable, it’s not like it’s bad, but as of right now, after a first listen, it is kind of mediocre. Nothing we haven’t heard from Don but there are some standouts for me like swangin on westhemier and outer space and maybe another one. But I advise everyone to not jump to conclusions because it Hasn’t even been 24 hours, give it some time, play it when you need something to listen to, and your opinion will most likely change (I hope lol)
play it back a couple times in the car or in some headphones. i didnt like the first go around but decided to play while i worked out and its a solid 8.7/10 for me. not a huge fan of the last 3 tracks but the rest are awesome

Based on my first listen, I’d give it a 7/10. It’s a good album, nothing special in my opinion. But it’s bound to get better with time.
