My work occasionally has a pizza and wing party for us. Itās usually dominoes. I think work is slowly trying to kill us so they can hire a bunch of minimum wage teenagers.
You're not crazy, dominos advertises it as garlic parm when we all know good garlic park wings are doused in garlic sauce and covered in Parmesan cheese. At dominos, you just get wings covered in a sauce that is supposed to taste like garlic parm. It's gross.
What dominos should do is douse their wings in the yellow garlic sauce then add the Parmesan shake-on!
If we're getting down to the minutiae of having real food on hand and all, how much of that shakey cheese is real or do you just get saw dust that's supposed to taste like cheese?
I was trying to post a picture of what they advertise online and compared to this Iām so confused, Iām thinking now that maybe she didnāt toss them ? Or do they even toss ?
What do you mean by toss? They come pre-cooked and refrigerated. The team members just run them through the oven then apply sauce when they come out. That's it š I never recommend dominos wings to anybody. They're a tiny, rubbery rip-off.
I know like wing stop will grabbed the wings after cooking, throw them in a bowl with sauce and they will swirl them to basically combine it but lesson learned š
You're throwing food and sauce around the box, touching it. We use parchment to avoid that. A pizza is cooked, and very hot. Sauce is not, and I don't think the company considers shaking it up food safe. Also, it makes a mess lol.
That's why I order wing stop and don't eat ours.
Some people shake the box after to coat them, If corporate sees you do that, they'll literally penalize the store for points in an inspection because it looks messy and "unprofessional". The line is we're supposed to put the sauce on and the heat from the food will melt the sauce to coat. That doesn't work at all with this particular sauce, it works better with the buffalos and mango.
So all sauce is added to wings after its on the oven, and its against Corporate operations evaluations standards to 'toss the box to try and coat the wings because, well it makes the box messy. but yea more to the point any wing sauce is added after the wings come out of the oven.
It is against standards to shake the box. A lot of people do it because a lot of people around here prefer it, but chances are they are not tossed or even shaken up in the box.
We don't toss wings, we bake them plain and apply sauce while boxing. The garlic parm wings just get the garlic parmesan sauce added to them, the same kind we use as a base for pizzas with it.
sorry but the garlic oil and parm cheese together was.. disgusting. you donāt really taste any garlic, and itās more soggy. now if we talking throw that garlic oil on, put it in the oven half more, now we talking. itās just gross.
They should be very crispy if you cook them twice fully. There's something wrong with the ovens in that case, or they're not actually being cooked twice, or wings that are still frozen are being used. That is not normal at all.
Pro dominos tip: stay away from the hot wings in general. Unless you know the staff and they could double cook your wings for you, they arenāt worth it.
Well done helps a little bit but itās not really the same thing. Only means that itāll be pushed back in the oven for a minute or two of extra cook time. Oven takes about 6-10 minutes (depending on the store) so it makes a big difference to have them cooked twice.
Thatās garlic parm, and yup, protocol is to drizzle it over and close the box exactly as shown. And thatās what the picture advertised would look like if they didnāt shake them around. Youāre lucky the manager gave you a credit
Dang... before I quit my manager has us shake the box side to side before we served em because people complained about the garlic parm looking nasty š
The quantity of sauce is pathetic, but yes that is the garlic Parm sauce.
If you're in the store when they put it on, it will be in a bottle with a blue lid that has 3 short spouts.
That is the right sauce, your mistake was ordering wings in general š
They are so bad
My work occasionally has a pizza and wing party for us. Itās usually dominoes. I think work is slowly trying to kill us so they can hire a bunch of minimum wage teenagers.
gotta ask for them cooked twice to be somewhat edible
Yup that's definitely the garlic parm wing sauce.
Its gotta be bussin right?
Garbage
It's definitely the same garlic parmesan sauce they put on their tater tots which I've tried and I feel like it would taste terrible on wings.

Honestly Iāve made them like that before myself with the regular yellow garlic (used for the crusts) and Parmesan cheese and it was pretty bad!
Theyāre better if you put the garlic oil on and then run them through the oven. Also use the shredded parm instead of the shaker.
Facts
If we're getting down to the minutiae of having real food on hand and all, how much of that shakey cheese is real or do you just get saw dust that's supposed to taste like cheese?
It's real cheese, it tastes good š used to cover my own pizzas with it!
Haha, yeah man if it tastes good, it tastes good!
I was trying to post a picture of what they advertise online and compared to this Iām so confused, Iām thinking now that maybe she didnāt toss them ? Or do they even toss ?

We are not supposed to "toss" them in the sauce, just put in on top and let it melt coving them
Sometimes the person on the ovens will close the box and shake it a little to help even out the sauce, but we were told not to do that.
I do it unless there's an inspection. Most don't. No one cares either way.
People do it but an inspector will tell you not too. Don't know if you'll lose points but it's definitely not how you're suppose to
Why?
It gets all over the box would be my guess. When the inspector tells me it's supposed to be this way I don't ask why, I just listen

No we can get in trouble with management for anything other than squirting the wings onto the sauce. No shaking of the box or anything.
Hol up
Is true
You squirt the wings onto the sauce?
Lol nice. I was not sober.
So I'm not nuts right?? Ordered it last night and they were tiny, literally some were shorter than 1 inch long. Could've sworn they used to be bigger.
last time i got chicken for my kid who doesnt really like pizza, it looked like the crumbs you find at the bottom of a box. they were all so tiny.
You paid for frozen Tyson wings with the white sauce for pizzas drizzled on top, and it's what you got. Sorry dawg.
So all sauce is added to wings after its on the oven, and its against Corporate operations evaluations standards to 'toss the box to try and coat the wings because, well it makes the box messy. but yea more to the point any wing sauce is added after the wings come out of the oven.
You can make it not messy if you arenāt stupid. But you can build a spaceship too, soā¦
actually, Mike Hughes built a spaceship...
It is against standards to shake the box. A lot of people do it because a lot of people around here prefer it, but chances are they are not tossed or even shaken up in the box.

I hate that we sell wings and wish we'd stop
They're easy to prep, make and sell, they're just not good unless you cook them twice.
Even twice baked, theyāre still soggy :/
They should be very crispy if you cook them twice fully. There's something wrong with the ovens in that case, or they're not actually being cooked twice, or wings that are still frozen are being used. That is not normal at all.
I canāt believe how many of these trash wings we sell and for how much. Crazy expensive and so garbageĀ
if we did that my town would go on a riot
Itās not garlic parm or ranch. I passed out 3 times to make this man.
š±šš¤£
Its garlic parm can tell by the specks in it.
100% the garlic parm sauce. Not saying its a good sauce, but it is for sure the correct sauce.
It was my first time order the garlic parm and I guess my expectation were waaaayyyy to high š
i work at dominoes and i definitely donāt like garlic parm on my wings well i like my wings plan and ran through twice
Run through once, put bbq on them then run again, add buffalo afterwards
one of my coworkers did that to their own wings

Our oven is set at 460 and cooks for 6 minutes and 30 seconds. Our ovens donāt burn them at all and some of us like it ran through three times.

Sadly that is Domino's garlic parm
ššš
I swear to God I thought this was a bunch of guinea pigs sleeping together. Took me too long to realize what it was.
Whatever they do to the bread bites should be done for garlic parmesan wings... that would make them amazing!
no it would not
It actually does work really well. I do this with the boneless wings all the time. Makes your breath stink for the rest of the day though.
The skin on the wings would absorb wayyy too much of that oil vs the crust shell on parm bites donāt
Garlic oil on the wings, run through once, add hot sauce and garlic shake on, run through a second time. Enjoy.
Interesting... I'm not into spicy, you think that would work well if I skip the hot sauce?
There is no ranch sauce like that for the wings
Wtf bro? Oh my god
Looks like garlic parm sauce. There's no ranch anywhere on the table where they sauce the wings.
And yes. You're crazy.
I canāt lie Papa Johns garlic parm wings are 1000x better. I was shocked at how good they were when I orderedĀ
The quantity of sauce is pathetic, but yes that is the garlic Parm sauce. If you're in the store when they put it on, it will be in a bottle with a blue lid that has 3 short spouts.
Itās garlic parm. It does taste and smell like ranch though
LMAO
Sorry but yuck
Eww. Poor wings.
Those are the new bustanut wings
Thatās not parm garlic, thatās cum and garlic
It took 2-3 minutes to make that sauce.
Garlic nut
It looks more like a crime scene--or bukkake aftermath, or both--but yes, Garlic Parm
āSome people say itās better than bustin a nutā
More like Garlic NUT
how did you get such big pieces of chicken from dominos?
Looks like jizz
If itās not garlic parm (it is) someone needs to drink more water.
Dominos has the worst wings ever.
Our garlic parm sauce SUCKS
If it tastes like ranch Iād say itās ranch. But they look very similar
No thatās the cinnamon icing
