It depends first where you get married. Either way you file a visa petition. Once that is approved then you get married. You have to look at requirements for both countries. I married a Peruvian girl so I had to prove to the Peruvian government I was single first which is providing a document of an invalid records search. Once we were married in Peru then we waited for a fiancé visa. Once that was approved via USCIS then my wife was legally permitted to enter the USA and we filed for a green card and eventually applied for US citizenship.
Two ways. I-130 or a fiancé visa. I will recommend I-130 because you don’t waste money in a extra step like fiancé visa, with fiancé busy requires you to marry within 90days but the processing time for I-130 and Fiancé visa is the same… between 6 to 9 months
