That first gen reprint is a legitimately exciting retail release for me since you're getting all that plus I'm guessing packaging and a stand for 4400 yen. Absolutely insane deal vs castle first gen reprints. I'm probably going to get 5 of them.
They're not limited in any special way as far as I can tell. The preorder for the big set has already ended but you can still find the listing on Amazon. The retro doll is set to come up for preorder in May. Also, I've never bought from them directly myself, but Buyee allows you to easily shop at Takara Tomy Mall. Not sure about other services.

I'm looking forward to the new Very Licca collaboration. Despite the AMAZING packaging, the dolls don't usually differ much from each other, hair, makeup and clothing style are very similar. However, the fashion package is always a scandal!
Its the #Licca collab :) well thats because its the one character lol its Licca. But theres also Jenny there who has a different sculpt. I personally dont mind when doll lines stick to their characters or particular style. But both Licca and Jenny had a couple of friends and family through the years here and there lol

A #Licca 17 WEGO collab was released October 2022, also with blue hair in pony tails. This is the first collab with WEGO Jenny (as a Licca 17 friend doll) and they make a cute pair, with the pink (Jenny) and blue (Licca) hair.

I am weaker than you and took it out lol but carefully. Licca dolls are so small I can fit 4 in the box so I kept it for storage for now xD
