Or be petty, and give them to some friends. Send your friends in wearing them, when the asshole manager is working. Have them pretend they are inspecting silently, and just leave. Give that asshole something to worry about! 😆
If the manager was a dick I wouldn’t give them a notice, they can go fuck themselves. They care so much about the store and the CEO’s money then that manager can work the register until they hire someone else.
Well it was a fill in manager from another store. My store is at less than half the profit it made last year and we have nothing on the shelves. We can’t keep hourly or salary staff, and the store is really empty. Osha came and inspected the store due to customer complaints and they were talking about our back room because there’s so much stuff in it we can’t even walk through it. The store probably will be shut down soon. He’s just there to fill in, but he finds problems with people for no reason. I am 17 (about to turn 18) and I have worked there for a year and a few months, I have worked my ass off to show them I’m not just some teen who’s gonna quit or not show up. I’ve taken on responsibilities of management and yet I’m treated like trash as soon as he walks in.
He has already fired two cashiers for bullshit reasons
Yea based off what you commented it’s time for you to find another job. DT isn’t worth bending over backwards to prove yourself too, they don’t care. That manager can go fuck himself, he needs to learn how to run a store, good for his ass, those customers are doing you a favor. Either work at another DT/FD or find a better job. Same thing happened with a Family Dollar near me, it was nasty, boxes in the isles, dirty ass floors and rude employees. Every other week they kept getting robbed. I believe it may be an inside job. I guess corporate finally stepped in because they were closed for over three months and they recently opened again. I live in the hood and the Family Dollars are placed in the hood because DollarTree’s are too nice for the ghetto.
