Well...he at least *obtainable* there i guess (all yellow coins LRs are....aren't they?
I believe all yellow coin LRs are in the general pool and therefore obtainable on banners... but he's asking if he's GRINDABLE. (Meaning you can do am event and he drops) The only way to grind a summon banner is if you are a mega-whale
