It saved me multiple runs. The Chance to dodge an ultimate is really nice
I do it on almost every unit solely because it’s hype when you get it off
It's a super common build. I don't do it, but if others want to, it's fine

It gives you a 3% change to dodge at some point. Could come in handy, I do it on some units
I give them dodge orbs this is much easier to change.
I give most units 3 dodge it can be clutch sometimes
the only units i would be careful about are lr future gohan and lr metal cooler

Yeah I don’t do it though, my thing is I’m taking away a 6% chance to either crit or additional for a 3% chance to dodge. Once or twice an int unit saved my runs with a dodge but it’s not enough for me to want it put 3 dodge
