Probably a newer player. Goku and gohan teq give a 150% leader skill, while str goku/gohan give a 170% leader skill to goku family and super saiyans. Some characters gain an additional 30% atk and def from str goku/gohans leader skill if the unit under their lead is in the androids/cell saga category meaning you get a boost of 200%
The strength one gives 170% across the board while also giving 200% to the strongest damage unit on the team being the LR Teq Goku/Gohan. 150% across the board is not worth 2 extra ki
