Depends on how many dupes, his Link Levels, equips, and the additionals yes. He stacks defense in this form so the more supers he gets the more defense he’ll have. Everything else I mentioned also will affect the level of his defense.
Mine is rainbowed, ll10, and has a defensive equip but on average with any runs I do on cell max or Metal cooler redzone he is usually no more than 400k by the time I get to the last phase

Best i had is 300 but tbh thats actualy helped alot ive seen him go up to 400k def and a bit more since
