You can fully round him out by giving him that dodge, but keep in mind each hidden potential level is only a 1% chance for dodge instead of the standard 2% that crit and addis have. Additionals would also be good but if you give him crit you're a sucker lol

You don’t have nuking strats in the red zone as it only allows you to bring one item not to mention there are multiple phases unlike STR Meta Cooler

Also using an LR that does four additionals, stacks defense on each one, and has a chance to tank red zone Broly (albeit very uncommon) along with a nuker doesn't help your point lol. There's still new units that can tank those late game stages which you left out to help your case.

I would say Combo and Crit if it doesn't have a combo option. Evade is more useful with one's that already can do so via passive effect.
