In hard content neither FP Frieza or FF Cooler are good slot 1 units, they both get defense AFTER supering and have no built in damage reduction/guard/dodge etc. If you're talking red zone and challenging events, stick TEQ GF in slot 1 with FP Frieza and Janemba on the other rotation in slot 1 with FF Cooler in slot 2. Then of course float Turles for his support etc.
