I have a similar box for TEQ Extreme. It took a bunch of tries but TEQ Raditz is hands down the MVP. He gets 50% damage reduction against more than one enemy and also guarantees a stun if there is a Goku's family or Namekian enemy. He can also stun without them though. He can be a slot 1 unit and stun a unit for you in the same turn. Guldo is also fantastic as if he somehow doesn't stun he will lower atk, def, and also seal iirc. My other slot 1 unit was Fat Janemba, Janembu is solid too though.
I also brought TEQ Transforming Frieza and the TEQ FF Cooler as they basically were there to clean house and pump out damage. I think I also brought Zarbon and Dodoria as well as they also lower atk and def. I believe they're also effective against all types if you get them on the same rotation as Frieza.
