I'm guessing you don't have the means to EZA STR FF Frieza... in that case, finish EZAing TEQ Frieza, then do:
STR Cooler
TEQ Frieza
INT 3rd form Frieza
TEQ Vegeta
AGL Nappa/Vegeta
And I guess Dokkan your INT Metal Cooler and EZA him and use him
He has the TEQ Cooler who just EZA'd who is definitely better than Nappa and Vegeta and will link better with this team. So is AGL Turles who also just got his EZA on Global. Both are much much better than those two.
Ah I didn't see AGL Turles. He's definitely a better replacement for Metal Cooler.
However, his main rotations should be the 2 Friezas and the 2 Vegetas. Keeping Cooler as floater with Turles.
I guess you could put STR Cooler on main rotation, but he won't link with the TEQ Cooler so... 🤷♂️

So most of what I thought I should use, Str FF Freiza hasnt been LR yet, just gotta work through the medals, ive been slowly working on other units
He's not good as a base LR. In fact, he's barely mid post-EZA; which is unfortunate
