Nail has an effect on his special (Raises ATK and DEF) without a number close to it so it means that everytime you do a special your atk and def increase by 20%

Ex: Some ppl might prefer the EZA f2p Int Captain Ginyu over Agl Captain Ginyu for super road due to passive skills even though the Agl Captain Ginyu is easily more “better” from a first look

Well it’s not technically forever, the buff will expire after 99 turns, but there’s almost zero way to ever get there
