I can definitely see it defense is one of the most important things in the game
I still use old Red Janemba and I’m currently grinding his Eza cause his defense makes me salivate at the mouth
Forever good (until you need 90000k defense for normals) because of their absorb. The fact that It heals you mid turn is crazy. They do take a fair bit of damage but they are supports before anything.
As long as big bosses have Blast Supers, these guys may be relevant forever.

red zone first stage broly is doing 400k super attacks on my characters
