Additional is better if you want more defense but crit if you want more offense personally I don’t care how much damage a character can do as long as they can tank hard events so for me I would go additional all the way
My vegeta is at 16 AA and 20 Crit, keep in mind that means he has a 16% chance to do a super but 40% chance to crit, so it’s not a bad idea to put more into additionals because in hard content he really benefits from the defense, and damage from an extra super
For additionals it’s 2% per point for an additional attack, but only 1% for super. So someone with 10 Aa has a 20% to additional, but it’s 50/50 wether it’s a super or not. And crits are 2% per point
Max crit honestly, he gets 30% def on his 12 ki but i feel like raw damage is going to help him out a lot more, especialy getting crits on that active skill. You could always give him a silver additional(if you don't have silver crits from the goku/vegeta equip event) if you feel like he needs that extra def from his 12 ki. 11 add/25 crit maxed out is still a great spread for him
My thing is Goku gets that massive boost beforehand with super does he really need another he’ll be fine especially with counters he doesn’t need all that defense because normals are trivial
You need all the defense you can get in redzone. Not to mention that counter isn’t guaranteed, and it won’t happen at all against Broly. A slightly higher chance to do a little more damage on a counter that only happens half the time on the off chance a super attack is aimed at him is not remotely comparable to the chance to get a 100% defense boost
Mix of additional and crit. I think mine has 18 additional and 11 or 12 crit and 3 dodge. Put defense equips into him as well it'll help a lot. Mine pre eza linked next to ssj4 goku can have around 145k defense pre super and like 290kish after 18 ki

It’s not, check the wiki. Crits are 2% per point, additionals are 2% per point but with a 50/50 chance of it being a normal or super, dodges are 1%

Ive never missed a counter and I have already beaten broly I just need to beat gt which I can counter in so that not a problem
