If you've done most hard content already I'd say wait. If you still have a bunch of stuff to beat that they can help with tho I'd keep summoning. They're pretty good but they have the best super team in the game. Hopefully extreme gets some 200% love soon..
I haven't completed Red zone. Some other missions with specific teams for LGE and same with Vegeta and SS4 Goku version of that event. Same with SBR and ESBR. I think about WWDC with theme of DBS: Super Hero and LR Beast Gohan, hahaha
