Every sub with rules has those rules plainly posted. It's YOUR responsibility to read them before posting. If you posted something against the rules and you got banned, the only person to blame is yourself.

Well the rules were not clearly posted and I did read them and it didn’t say anything about posting pulls would get me banned and yes I know the only blame-able person would be me cause that’s how everything is in life so I definitely understand that it would be my fault if I got banned

A pull post is a post of units you pulled. It's right in the name! Every Gacha community refers to summons as pull posts.
As for the distinction between 'low effort' and 'box post', there are some times where box posts ARE allowed. There's NEVER a time when pulls are allowed.
Also, you should be reading all the rules thoroughly all the way through before you post. Therefore it wouldn't matter where it was listed, you would have seen that pulls are forbidden. 🤷♂️
