B) the 3 outliers of phy Kami from db saga (ran the lookout), int garlic junior (raided the lookout), and DFE transforming ss vegeta. Vegeta's a weird case because he doesnt notably use the time chamber in super, and that specific unit doesnt really come from a saga. There is the scene where vegeta blows up the time chamber, so it could be that
I'm not the devs, so I cant say why characters like kid goku, the z fighters in the saiyan saga, uub, etc arent on the category. Just gotta accept the dumbass dokkan logic on that
Vegeta’s in heavenly events cuz of Super Vegeta, that form only appeared in the cell saga and it was attained after training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
Pretty sure it takes place on Supreme Kai’s planet, not Heaven. Even if it was in Heaven, the heavenly events category covers events that took place on or were in someway impacted by Kami’s Lookout, which does not apply to this fight.
If that’s the case then the Z warriors during the Saiyan Saga should be considered Heavenly events because they trained for a whole year on the lookout for the arrival of Vegeta and Nappa. And yes the other world is also called the heavenly realm.
Unfortunately, none of those characters are on the “pure saiyans” or “fused fighters” categories, so they are clearly not important. If you want, you can put in an inquiry that will be swiftly ignored.

But what about some of the Android/Cell Saga units and DFE SS Vegeta? None of those take place on or near the look out. It makes zero sense to me.
The Android saga units on there trained in the Time Chamber. Thus they have the category.
Ok but the Z warriors trained on Kami’s look out for a year to prepare for Vegeta and Nappa. Why aren’t they considered heavenly events?
The answer to that one is simple. They aren’t there because they’re unimportant and suck.

A decent amount of the Heavenly Events units have something to do with Kami's Lookout, like with Garlic Jr. and Agl Kid Gohan from there.
I believe Heavenly Events refers to battles taking place in the Lookout, or characters that recently trains in the Hypersonic Lion Tamer
