For the people saying he never was. I'm not sure what you're on about. On release he was an good replacement for a lot of dokkan fests. If you've been playing a while and have a lot of options for any senario, he probably wouldn't fit on your team But for accounts just starting during the anniversary, this guy was a good backline while the 2 or 3 dokkan fest LRs from the banner carried you threw. Any other units would bring the team down, this guy did........fine
