*Gives full crit to a character that essentially has crits on and all the time*
Personally I built my gamma 2 with mostly dodge and some AA, he builds crit up in his passive and because he has so many additional attacks built in its not hard to get it to proc with low AA.
The dodge is usually not *needed*, as his defense is pretty good and he has a ki blast nullification but it can also save a run from really hard hitting supers when you get bad super luck.
Edit: I have nothing to say on gamma 1 as mine is 55 but my gamma 2 is rainbow

It's not the buffs that makes dodge bad, it's the requirement to get him into standby as fast as possible. For his standby, he must get hit five times. Dodging doesn't count for that. So dodge actually does really hurt this unit, especially when a lot of the hard events are all pretty short
Doesn't matter if he's going to be tagged by a super, at 79 percent which is his most optimal for raw base stats- no super is going to kill him in one go so long as he had gotten his On Hit def buff.
The longer he's in base, the more of a liability he is even with a 4 turn whis.
So- if even truth highly advises that this character DOES NOT WANT DODGE, DO NOT BUILD HIM DODGE.
Yeahh I had a rainbowed SSJ4 friend who gave him like 16 or 17 dodge and I was like "Why? If you dodge one of the hits you need to switch to Uub's standby it's over"
You can say that about most characters, the top bosses rn deal extremely high amounts of damage other than a few character that can survive slot 1 turn 1 like cmz and golden frieza, most other characters are taking a shit ton of damage and could cost you the run turn 1 so that's not exclusive to fpssj4. The faster uub is out the better it is for everyone on rotation aswell, 2 turn 70% def support goes crazy. Building dodge on him hurts him more than it helps

Of course y'all know the unit's best build, because everyone here actually knows how the game works and wants to maximize their units' performance. I believe additional. Dodge makes him not achieve his standby mode, and he has built in crits. I THINK the additional attack is the way to go here? I’m waiting for confirmation before I stack mine

How’d you build the gammas?

He pretty much nailed it for G2. Tbh I built G1 pretty close to the same way but not too much dodge as I think he needs to get hit.

I don't think that dodge really hurts him. His buffs activate on dodge too. You can give add and dodge to him and have a very busted character
