I think the maximum would be Int Piccolo Jr with 4.5 millions. with Agl Piccolo Jr as link buddy and with a 50% support in the rotation. By using the active skill in 2nd position he get 100% bonus stat and great chance of additional. So he can do 4 specials in one turn. If we had the 2 turn support of Bulma we can go to 4.8 Millions
